Email Newsletter Subscription Page:
We collect your name, e-mail address, preferences and other optional information, such as your favorite movie types. We use this information to send you our e-mail newsletter and to customize the content of specific messages. A third party may administer this service for us and have access to your information, but is permitted to use it only to provide the service.

Sweepstakes and Contest Pages:
We may collect your e-mail address, name, and other information when you enter a sweepstakes, contest, or other kind of promotion we offer from time to time on our sites. A third party may administer the promotion for us and have access to your information, but is permitted to use it only to provide the promotion.

Gift Card Page:
When you purchase a gift card through our site, you must provide your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address (if different), phone number and payment information to process the order. A third party may administer this service for us and have access to your information, but is permitted to use it only to provide the service.

Online Coupons:
We use an outside company to process online coupons that can be redeemed for rentals or purchases in our stores. They may collect your name, e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number so that they can provide you with the coupon you requested. They use this information to process, confirm, and send the coupons.

Store Locator:
You must submit at least a zip code in order to get the location of your nearest store. The zip code alone is not personally identifiable information. You may also submit a street address. We do not know whether addresses submitted through the store locator are home addresses, and we do not use these addresses except in the aggregate, to analyze traffic on our site and interest in our stores. A third party may administer this service for us and have access to the information, but is permitted to use it only to provide the service.

We may collect your name, e-mail address, and any question or comment you may submit. We use this information to respond to requests and inquiries.

Disclosure of Your Personally Identifiable Information

We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for use by them to send you unsolicited commercial offers. We do share your information with trusted third parties (outside companies) that help us with administering our web sites, responding to your requests, and providing you with products and services. We do not allow these other companies to use your information except for the purpose it was provided.

Anonymous Session Cookies:

This click stream data is used by us for internal purposes, such as to identify the pages on our site that are the most popular. We do NOT connect this data with your personally identifiable information.

Personalized Membership Cookies:
When you register for Online Services, we use the registration information to interact with our customer database to provide you with a customized experience on our site. The first time you sign in to Member Services, a cookie is placed on your browser. Each time you sign in after that, the cookie is accessed to allow us to customize your experience on the site.
